Taking Stock: Wins, Lessons, and What's Next in the 90-Day Revenue Challenge
Reflection and Momentum
Hey Fraternity Members,
We’re deep into the home stretch of the 90-Day Revenue Challenge, and with only two weeks left, it was time to take stock of what’s been achieved and what’s still ahead.
Members shared incredible progress—turning insights into action and action into results. From leveling up sales processes to unlocking fresh opportunities in their markets, the wins have been both big and small, but always meaningful.
Here’s what stood out:
Some members have been doubling down on strategies they’ve refined throughout the challenge, like upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing customer journeys.
Others have tackled long-standing bottlenecks—whether operational or mental—and are now seeing smoother workflows and greater clarity.
And then there are the stories of first-time breakthroughs: landing dream clients, exceeding monthly revenue targets, or confidently stepping into a leadership role they’d been hesitant to embrace.
But we didn’t just celebrate the wins.
We also turned our attention to the challenges that remain.
The truth is, obstacles don’t disappear just because you’ve gained traction—they evolve. Whether it’s scaling systems to keep up with growth, building accountability, or staying focused when new distractions arise, these challenges are exactly where the real growth happens.
With Week 11 and Week 12 just around the corner, now’s the time to finish strong.
Take a moment to reflect:
What have you learned so far that you haven’t fully applied?
What obstacles, if tackled now, could unlock even greater results before the challenge wraps up?
What systems or habits will you carry forward after this challenge ends?
Remember, the last mile is where champions are made. It’s not about coasting to the finish line—it’s about sprinting through it.
Let’s make these final weeks count.
Keep scaling,
William & Brad
